## **QCRI Research Computing Infrastructure**

The QCRI Research Computing Infrastructure aims to ensure a computing infrastructure to the QCRI researchers that can sustain cutting-edge research computing initiatives across all areas and disciplines. It provides access to high‐speed, high‐capacity computing resources helping the QCRI researchers to effectively and efficiently conduct their research experiments.

The Research Computing Infrastructure provides instant high performance compute, storage, network resources and other functionality, thus enabling the  QCRI research groups to build their own scalable platforms that fit their exact needs and requirements. It furnishes access to state-of-the-art high-performance computing resources, on-premise self-service provisioning virtualized servers, Azure public cloud services, along with experts advise and support, enabling research initiatives ranging from artificial intelligence, deep learning and genomics to natural language processing and cybersecurity.

Our services include a portfolio of computational and associated data storage environments to support QCRI's research requirements and any other initiatives.

Typical services offered by the QCRI Research Computing Infrastructure are:

- On-premise Cloud Computing services, (self-service provisioning Private Cloud)

- Public Cloud services

- GPUs Cluster for High-Performance Computing

- GPUs as a Service (Virtual Machines with GPU Acceleration)

- Large-scale Research Storage Services

- Networking Services

- Research Network

- Security and VPN Services
